Using the site
You’re welcome to browse, share links, and use the contact form for genuine project enquiries. Don’t use the site or the form to send unlawful content or spam, probe or disrupt the service, or misrepresent who you are.
Intellectual property
The design, text, imagery and 3D work on this site belong to VDKWebsites unless stated otherwise; client work is shown as part of the studio’s portfolio. Names and brands of third parties that appear here belong to their respective owners. Nothing on this site grants a licence to reuse its content without written permission.
Proposals are not contracts
Submitting the proposal form, or receiving a proposal from the studio, does not create an agreement. Work begins only once scope, schedule and price are confirmed in writing between you and the studio, and any engagement is governed by the terms agreed there.
External sites and previews
Case studies embed live previews of, and link to, websites that run on their own domains. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and the studio isn’t responsible for their content or availability.
No warranties, limited liability
The site is provided as is. The studio takes care to keep the information on it accurate and the site available, but doesn’t guarantee either, and, to the extent permitted by Dutch law, accepts no liability for damage arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Dutch law
